Loved my stay at Confort Arenal! The gardens were gorgeous, and breakfast was served in a beautiful spot across a charming bridge. Just a heads-up, the road outside isn't great for walking, but having a car makes it easy to explore. Definitely recommend!

I had a frustrating experience with the plumbing. the hot water fluctuated between scalding and freezing, making showers unbearable. The bugs in the room were a constant annoyance, leading to sleepless nights. Additionally, I found the bed too firm for comfort, which disrupted my rest.

I enjoyed the exceptional views of Arenal Volcano from my Standard Double Room. The property felt like a hidden gem with its cozy bungalow design and beautiful gardens, attracting plenty of wildlife, including hummingbirds and monkeys. The breakfast was delicious with attentive service. they even remembered my coffee preference! I appreciated the charming suspension bridge leading to the reception and dining area, adding a unique touch to the stay. However, the swimming pool wasn’t finished during my visit, which was a bit disappointing. Also, the windows in my room didn't shut completely, letting in a few bugs at night. Overall, having bug spray on hand was essential, though there were lizards in the room that helped with the mosquito issue. I loved the ambiance, but these minor inconveniences should be noted.

It was a decent option for a holiday in La Fortuna with best value. The lovely pool area was a nice spot to unwind after a day of exploring. Make sure to bring bug spray just in case!
